6. CEASING MEMBERSHIP
6.1 A Member who has paid all moneys due to the Association may resign from the Association by giving written notice to the Secretary of his or her intention to resign.
6.2 The Secretary shall record in the register of Members, the date on which the notice referred to in rule 6.1 is received. The date recorded shall become the date on which the Member ceased to be a Member.
6.3 A Member who fails to make payment of his or her annual subscription by the date which is 30 days after the due date for payment of the subscription shall thereupon cease to be a Member of the Association but, subject to the approval of the President, may be reinstated as a Member upon payment of all amounts outstanding together with any fine (not exceeding $60.00 per annum) that may be specified by the President.
