11. VOTING AT GENERAL MEETINGS
11.1 Upon any question arising at a General Meeting of the Association, a Member has one vote only.
11.2 All votes must be given personally or by proxy.
11.3 In the case of an equality of voting on a question, the question shall be lost.
11.4 A Member is not entitled to vote at a General Meeting unless all moneys due and payable by the Member to the Association have been paid, other than the amount of the annual subscription payable in respect of the current Financial Year.
