13. MANNER OF DETERMINING WHETHER RESOLUTION CARRIED
13.1 If a question arising at a General Meeting of the Association is determined on a show of hands and a declaration by the chairperson that a resolution has been:
(a) Carried;
(b) Carried unanimously;
(c) Carried by a particular majority; or
(d) Lost,
an entry to that effect in the minute book of the Association, is evidence of the fact, without proof of the number or proportion of the votes recorded in favour of, or against, that resolution.
