14. PROXIES
14.1 Each Member is entitled to appoint another Member as a proxy by notice given to the Secretary no later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting in respect of which the proxy is appointed.
14.2 The notice appointing the proxy must be:
(a) For a meeting of the Association convened under rule 7.7, in the form set out in Appendix 2; or
(b) In any other case, in the form set out in Appendix 3.
